Filippo Berio EVOO!

I have received through bzzagent a bottle to try. They are not paying me but I was sent the olive oil for free so I could review it and let everyone know what I thought about it.

Now a days I hear lots of people talking about eating like you live in the Mediterranean. It has even been mentioned on DR. Oz. Filippo Berio has a site to help you learn how to eat this way and we should all give it a look over. Benefits of olive oil .


I had actually already replaced my oil with olive oil but it wasn't Filippo Berio. I am going to give this a shot tonight when I make dinner. I am thinking some chicken breast and a light pasta. I am off to look up some pasta recipes so I can go ahead and start dinner soon.
